Prototypes and Samples
This area is managed by a laboratory with the exclusive task of producing prototypes and samples aiming at experimenting what is created by the pattern-making team at the productive level. The creation of prototypes must be considered a test before proceeding to the realization of the actual samples.
Its purpose is to test the solutions agreed at the client-supplier meeting. We then proceed with the completion of a garment for each model in order to verify the image and use of every single component and of the various raw materials: textiles, accessories and threads. Thanks to our thirty-year experience, from this first analysis, we can understand the needs and wishes of our clients and recommend the best solution in every case.
After having valued every aspect at the image and suitability level we fit the garment on for a last check before the proper production process.
