01. What type of products do you produce?- Our core business has always been represented by the production of jeans and trousers in general, jackets, skirts and shirts. Thanks to our sector-based know-how though, we can satisfy every need in terms of the production of garments.
- 02. Do you offer any other services apart from the production of jeans?
- Apart from the production of denim garments, we can also produce "flats".
- 03. When will I receive my order?
- Our standard production turnaround is approximately 6-7 weeks. Our flexibility though allows us to handle urgent orders and to deliver the ready products within 3-4 weeks.
- 04. Is it possible to have consultancy over the patterns?
- Yes, we provide pattern-making consultancy as we have a designated office staffed with avant-garde personnel. For further information please refer to our Patterns section.
- 05. Can I directly provide you with the fabrics?
- Yes, our company can directly purchase textiles upon clients' request, and the client, on the other hand, can take advantage of our indications and advices if they wish to do so.
- 06. Do you handle urgent orders?
- Yes, because we have a designated productive implant to deal with such emergencies.
- 07. How is the product dispatched?
- The final dispatching is agreed with the client both in terms of choice of vehicle and the type of merchandise.
- 08. How do I know that I am going to receive a quality product?
- Our product is followed in the various phases of production by our qualified technicians who ensure its quality and conformity with careful and critical selection. For further information pleaser refer to our Quality and Swiftness section.
- 09. Where do you produce?
- Our main production takes place in Italy. In accordance with client needs though, we also produce in Tunisia, Albania and Romania.
The whole development/cut and check takes place entirely in Italy. - 10. Who are your main clients?
- Our main clients are G-star, Cheap Monday, Monki, Gina Tricot, Messori, Peuterey; Rifle;
- 11. How would you define your services?
- We offer a wholesome service which ranges from support in the pattern-making and development to the creation of prototypes and samples, followed by production, washing, control and dispatch.
